- 1 sm. Frozen banana – or ½ of a larger one
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 2/3 plant milk of choice (I like almond or cashew)
- ¼ cup. Plain organic Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. organic maple syrup, Grade B or C
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp fresh grated ginger (can use more to taste)
- Pinch nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut
