Carrot Cake Smoothie

  • 1 sm. Frozen banana – or ½ of a larger one
  • 1 cup diced carrot
  • 2/3 plant milk of choice (I like almond or cashew)
  • ¼ cup. Plain organic Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. organic maple syrup, Grade B or C
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp fresh grated ginger (can use more to taste)
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut

Blend up and enjoy!
